Lumina Charis School of Africa

The Lumina Charis School of Africa, a flagship initiative by Sweet Aroma Foundation (SAF) in partnership with Kadesh Hope Mission of Africa, stands as a powerful testament to what can be achieved through unity, compassion, and a shared vision. Built in just six months—from August 2024 to January 2025—in Kulele, Luwero District, Uganda, this fully equipped institution now welcomes its first 100 students. Each child receives essential school supplies, full uniforms, and two nutritious meals daily. Offering classes from Nursery to Primary 5, the school provides transformative, values-based education aimed at developing academic excellence, ethical character, holistic growth, and global awareness. With modern facilities and a strong emphasis on health, technology, and community engagement, the school is shaping future leaders who are prepared to make a positive impact locally and globally.

What began as a bold dream is now a vibrant, functioning campus complete with classrooms, playgrounds, a kitchen, and sanitation facilities. The project journey—from planning and approvals in July and August, to construction in the following months, and interior setups completed by January 2025—reflects meticulous coordination and deep commitment.
